AlphaACT System Overview

The system uses observed characteristics of a release to identify similar scenarios from a knowledge base of information, which includes combinations of events, observable indicators, and recommendations for how to handle the event.

In operational use, the system is hosted on secure, central servers and can be accessed through the browsers of hardware devices typically available to emergency responders.

While developed primarily for training, a future version of the system can also be used during real-time emergency response.
